All our products are handmade silver by Balinese artisans, therefore all weight and sizes shown in these pages are approximate.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your handmade bali silver beads and jewelry findings. You may return the merchandise back to us within no longer than 7 days upon received.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the exchange/return and possible customs charges that may occur when the items is return to Indonesia. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
